For liability purposes, everyone participating in Tremblant 2019 must read and agree to the terms of the Tremblant 2019 Waiver Form. You can not participate in Tremblant 2019 until the waiver form is read and agreed upon.

Carefully read the terms and conditions of the Tremblant 2019 Waiver Form below. If you agree with the terms, click on the “I Accept” button at the bottom – this will bring you to the sign up page, where we will require you to fill out some personal information (address, phone number etc.). Please note that it will be expected that EACH participant (from a unique e-mail address) must read the waiver form and then fill out their own sign up form.

RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

Warning! By Agreeing To The Terms of This Legal Document, You Will Be Giving Up Certain Right, Including The Right To Sue

SOCIAL EVENT: “Tremblant 2019” (Mont Tremblant, Qubec) DATE: December 17-25, 2019

1. In consideration for participating in any ski trip organized by DC Events, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE the organizers (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of actions whatsoever arising out of related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, or otherwise, while participating in such activity or while in, or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted.

2. I further acknowledge that in the event I breach any of the rules and regulations with respect to my conduct while participating in the activity referred to in paragraph 1 hereof, or in the event I behave in a manner that is deemed unacceptable by the individual or individuals in charge of such activity, that I may be asked to disassociate myself from the said activity, and in the event I assume full responsibility for my own expenses after that time, and I do hereby RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage or costs, that I may incur as a result thereof.

3. I further herby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage or costs, that may occur due to my participation in the said activity.

4. It is my express intent that this Release, Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representatives.

BY AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE BY CLICKING ON THE “I ACCEPT” BUTTON, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing Release, Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and sign voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least nineteen (19) years of age or my guardian will take full responsibility if I am between 6 and 18 years old and fully competent; and I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by the same.

I ACCEPT
